This is kind of prank which is liked by many people who are drunk. I am not sure what does this mean, but it is something what makes other people (who are in the alcoholic state of mind) to laugh. I am sure that this will not have the wanted reaction unless you are drunk. This is a small test! If you laugh than, what can I say you are wasted man! Another advise: Don’t drive because you are drunk!
