I really like to eat, but surely I do notice when I am getting fat, and that means that I should stop with my bad habits and star eating more healthier and exercise more. I don’t know if these people notice themselves but certainly the people around them see them. I was thinking to myself how much do you have to weight so you would have “breasts” on your back? I guess a lot, but how does that happen? That is still a mystery to me. Fast food tastes better than healthy one. There is one big truth: If you don’t know which food is healthy that eat the one you like the lees. Did we all became to lazy to prepare meals for ourselves or just living to fast? This is not a pleasant sight, I hope that this will be a motivation to people with weight problem to manage with their diets.
